Santander and Solfium drive energy transition in Mexico

The alliance includes two products:

  • Eco-Sustainable Credit SMEs
  • Solar Credit, developed in conjunction with Nacional Financiera (NAFIN)

Both schemes offer preferential rates, elimination of origination fees, and terms tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized companies. This represents a decisive step for more organizations to adopt solar energy in Mexico without economic barriers.

Real-time energy and environmental monitoring

One of the most innovative elements of the partnership is the Corporate Monitoring Dashboard, a platform that allows companies to measure in real time:

  • CO₂ emissions reduction.

In addition, this tool is designed to facilitate sustainability reporting and measure progress towards goals such as Net Zero and the Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030).
