The Zaratán photovoltaic project, located in Simancas, Valladolid, is moving forward with the appointment of SÓLIDA as the company responsible for supervising its construction. This infrastructure is promoted by Q ENERGY, which has a total capacity of 96 MWp through three solar plants: Torozos 1, Torozos 2 and Torozos 3.

With this award, SÓLIDA assumes the integral supervision of the civil and electrical works of the solar complex. The three plants will generate enough clean energy to supply approximately 50,000 homes, consolidating Castilla y León as one of the poles of photovoltaic development in the region. photovoltaic development in Spain.

The scope of the contract also includes the evacuation infrastructure: three 30 kV medium-voltage lines connecting each plant to the “SET Torozos 123” elevator substation and a 66 kV mixed evacuation line connecting to the SET Ciguñuela collector substation. SÓLIDA has deployed on site a technical team led by two site managers: one for generation and one for electrical infrastructures.

SÓLIDA’s participation is framed within its experience as property engineering, where its role encompasses quality control, regulatory compliance, safety and coordination with contractors during all phases of the project. This methodology guarantees an efficient execution aligned with the highest technical standards.

This new award reinforces SOLIDA’s presence in the Spanish solar photovoltaic sector, where it has active contracts in several autonomous communities such as Castilla-La Mancha, Andalusia and the Valencian Community, in addition to projects in Europe and Latin America.
