This strategic move expands the company’s operational capabilities, and establishes Otto Candies as a strategic player in supporting subsea operations in complex environments. Each of the vessels integrates subsea subsea intervention that allows for offshore inspection, maintenance and support activities, aligning with the technical requirements of today’s offshore market.
The acquisition represents a logical step in the continued growth of the marine energy sector. In an environment where the demand for specialized underwater services is increasing, having highly versatile vessels translates into a tangible competitive advantage.
Since its founding, Otto Candies has maintained a clear focus: to provide safe, efficient maritime services tailored to the specific needs of the industry. With this integration, the company strengthens its responsiveness to the logistical challenges of operating in deepwater oiland gas fields.
For its part, Harvey Gulf continues to redirect its strategy towards specific areas of the offshore business, thus enabling a reorganization of assets that favors its performance in specific niches of the sector.
