At the Port of Los Angelesthe YTI terminal experienced a remarkable day with the arrival of the ONE Singapore, a 13,900 TEU vessel that marked a turning point in its operational history.

ONE Singapore arrives in the U.S. with alternative fuels

Designed to handle ammonia and methanol, this container ship is part of a series of 20 vessels commissioned by Ocean Network Express (ONE), as part of its strategy to promote a more sustainable maritime transport aligned with new environmental standards.

The ONE Singapore’s call at the Californian terminal was made under the PN2 transpacific service, which connects Asia with North America. The maneuver was efficiently executed by the YTI team and ILWU personnel, who ensured the safety of the vessel and its valuable cargo throughout the process.
