Dynagas, the Greek company specialized in the transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG), informed through its social networks that it has added to its fleet the Clean Mistral, an LNG carrier with a capacity of 196,000 cubic meters. The new vessel was built by Hyundai Heavy Industries at its shipyard in Ulsan, South Korea.
Under the flag of Malta and classified by Bureau Veritasthe Clean Mistral measures 299.80 meters overall length and 48.90 meters beam. It is designed to operate in extreme conditions, including arctic routes, thanks to its experience in transporting in icy environments.
This aligns with the track record of Dynagas, whose vessel OB River vessel OB River was the first to cross the Northern Sea Route in 2012.

The addition of the Clean Mistral is part of an expansion plan that includes other similar units, such as the Clean Levant and the Clean Sirocco, both under construction. With this strategy, Dynagas reinforces its position as a benchmark operator in the transport of LNG.
