Simultaneously, the company has signed a firm contract with Vestas for an initial period of three years, with options that could be extended to five and a half years in total. The initial value of this commitment is around €210 million and could exceed €380 million if all agreed extensions are activated.

This vessel was built in 2024 and equipped with advanced European technology, where the Wind Keeper will operate as a versatile unit for both installation and maintenance(T&I and O&M). It has a design that includes aHuisman main crane with a capacity of 2,200 tons, Kongsberg DP2 dynamic positioning system and Siemens propulsion with MAN engines, ensuring optimal performance even in demanding sea conditions.

Before going into operation in 2026, it will undergo a series of upgrades that will enable it to be equipped for operation with turbines of up to 15 MW, including the Vestas V236-15.0 MW model.

This initial contract validates our decision to add this vessel to the fleet. It represents a critical asset to support both the installation and maintenance of offshore wind farms.

This new vessel becomes the company’s eighth in operation, while four others are currently under construction. In addition, its incorporation strengthens the company’s positioning as a supplier for expanding sustainable energy infrastructure projects.
