The park infrastructure will consist of jacket foundationsinstalled using pre-installed pin piles. To ensure accurate placement, the Seatools system will be integrated directly into the pile template developed by CDWE. This combination will allow tight tolerances to be achieved, which are critical to the success of the offshore structural installation.

This agreement marks the fifteenth pre-piling template project developed by Seatools, strengthening its role as a provider of precision piling solutions for offshore wind infrastructure. With projects executed in Asia, Europe and the United States, the company reaffirms its capacity for adaptation and technical excellence.

The relationship between Seatools and CDWE has been strengthened by previous experiences in projects such as Hai Long and Zhong Neng. Mutual trust has been a determining factor in meeting the technical challenges of the marine environment and ensuring efficient operations.

Moreover, the metrology solution includes new technologies integrated to Seatools’ proven tools, through advanced simulation modelsThe aim is to ensure the correct installation at the first attempt, thus reducing risks and time during commissioning.

The system is currently in the design and engineering phase, in close cooperation with CDWE. It is expected that the implementation of this technology will contribute to the overall efficiency of the Fengmiao 1 wind farm and set a new standard in offshore piling solutions.
