ADNOC Drilling announced a multi-million-dollar integrated drilling services ( IDS ) contract with ADNOC Offshore, strengthening its position as a regional leader in advanced energy solutions. The agreement, valued at $1.63 billion, will be executed over the next five years and will strengthen the company’s operational presence in the UAE.
The integrated drilling services contract
The contract scope covers specialized services such as directional drilling , cementing , fluids , and wireline operations . The integrated engineering will enable increased efficiency in extended-reach wells and will be supported by artificial intelligence tools developed by the Enersol platform , a joint venture of ADNOC Drilling.
The award’s long-term model allows for sound financial planning. The company projects a direct impact on its revenues during 2025 and 2026, consolidating its IDS portfolio as one of its strategic pillars to ensure stable cash flow and continued profitability.
The award strengthens collaboration between ADNOC Group divisions. For ADNOC Offshore, the contract represents direct access to integrated drilling solutions supported by cutting-edge technology, optimizing operations and generating shareholder value.
