Able to carry over 90,000 tonnes and equipped with a 700-tonne combined lift system, the AAL Antwerp is suited for heavy-lift and multi-purpose maritime transport. In addition, its design includes adaptations to run on methanol , reinforcing AAL’s commitment to sustainable, low-emission practices.

With a fleet that integrates adaptive and efficient solutions, we are ready to meet the dynamic demands of global shipping ,” commented Frank Mueller, Managing Director Oceania at AAL Shipping. This vessel will complement the series, such as the “AAL Limassol”, the “AAL Hamburg” and the “AAL Houston”, offering services between Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

The company celebrates 30 years in 2025 while expanding its fleet with one of the youngest groups in the sector, and implementing advanced training programs and cutting-edge technology to optimize every aspect of its operations.

With the planned delivery of further vessels such as the AAL Newcastle and AAL Mumbai, which will have lifting capacities increased to 800 tonnes, AAL reaffirms its leadership in specialised maritime transport.
