FBR has taken a significant step in its international expansion by completing the construction of the first home in the United States using its revolutionary construction robot, Hadrian X®. This breakthrough marks the beginning of the company’s Demonstration Program in collaboration with New Century USA and Christopher Alan Homes, two key players in the U.S. real estate industry.

The Hadrian X® Demonstration Program

The Demonstration Program seeks to erect a total of seven homes in various locations in Florida, showcasing the capabilities of the Hadrian X to adapt to various structures and architectural styles. All homes will be certified by independent structural engineers to ensure they meet local building standards.

The first home to be built has already been successfully certified and represents a technological breakthrough in the building sector in the U.S. Mike Pivac, CEO of FBR, commented on this achievement.

We are excited to introduce our world-class technology into one of the largest and most competitive markets in the world. This is just the first of many homes we plan to build on U.S. soil.

In addition to working with New Century USA, FBR has partnered with Christopher Alan Homes, the largest homebuilder in Southwest Florida, to complete two additional homes that will be part of this pioneering program. This demonstration seeks to not only validate the efficacy of Hadrian X® in real-world conditions, but also to open new opportunities for its adoption in future projects within the country.
