Biogas as a key element for emissions reduction

Biogas has established itself as a key alternative in the fight against climate change. climate changeThe company’s biogas production capacity can reduce emissions by an average of 90% compared to traditional fossil fuels. Gasum, as the largest producer of biogas in the Nordic countries, continues to invest in expanding its infrastructure to ensure that this renewable fuel is available at all its filling stations.

In addition to biogas, the company is also planning to introduce e-methane, a synthetic gas produced from renewable electricitysuitable for use in equipment that currently runs on natural gas or liquefied biogas.
