Suntrack, a manufacturer of solar tracker controllers , plans to deploy one million devices in more than 2,000 solar fields globally this year, thus accumulating a total capacity of 50 GW.

Since its founding in 2007, the company has been a pioneer in this field, introducing its first generation of solar tracker controllers based on astronomical algorithms.

Suntrack’s vision: innovative solutions

Suntrack, with production facilities in Alonsotegi (Bizkaia), Albuquerque (United States) and Kunshan (China), as well as advanced service centers in Latin America, has a clear vision of its mission in the market. “Every day, we assume the commitment to expand our repertoire of products and services, offering our clients innovative solutions through technology,” says Noemí Pérez, commercial director of P4Q , the parent company of Suntrack.

With an eye on continuous innovation, Suntrack is in the process of launching new products. In particular, they are eager to present their latest achievement during the Intersolar fair in Munich, scheduled for next June. “Over the last few months, our Design and Innovation teams have been dedicated to developing a solution that will transform the solar photovoltaic industry,” the company states.

Suntrack and the financial boost of P4Q

This development is expected to mark a turning point in the market, providing a significant advantage to Suntrack and consolidating its position as a leader in solar technology. Furthermore, with strategic investments made in 2022 and 2023, amounting to more than €8 million, P4Q is prepared to support Suntrack’s growth.

This is reflected in the financial projections, as P4Q ‘s turnover is anticipated to reach €100 million in the coming year, representing an increase of 10% compared to the previous year.

Innovation and efficiency in solar trackers

The evolution and constant growth in the solar photovoltaic industry is driving innovation by leaps and bounds. From the development of new solar panel technologies to improving the efficiency of solar tracking systems, each advance contributes significantly to the expansion and sustainability of the sector. Collaboration between companies, investment in research and development, and commitment to technical excellence are key elements that will further drive progress in this field in the coming years.
