From Rio de Janeiro, during the development of the 19th SLOM 2023 Conference, Gregorio Rojas from Inspenet, interviewed Richard Kloeg, one of the directors of the Floatex company.
After 14 years of absence, Kloeg shared his enthusiasm and gratitude for being present again: “It is the right time to return to Latin America and showcase our products and services, especially in the oil and gas market.”

Known for its floating products for the oil and gas industry, its offering includes products such as “Y-pieces, pickup buoys, anchor buoys and CBM buoys”, used for mooring oil tankers and “SPSOs”.
Discussing the outlook for 2024, Kloeg expressed optimism, albeit with caution. “It is difficult to predict due to global political developments, but we are positive about the market and expect things to recover, albeit slowly.”
