USA Rare Earth, LLC, has successfully produced its first batch of sintered permanent magnets in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This achievement marks a major step forward in the company’s strategy to reduce U.S. dependence on the Chinese market and strengthen its position in key sectors such as defense, automotive, renewable energy and technology.

Towards commercial manufacturing of rare earth magnets

USA Rare Earth’s new Innovation Lab is designed to support the production of high-quality prototypes, advance new magnet technologies, and prepare for the transition to commercial manufacturing , expected in 2026.
