The Brazilian electricity company Eletrobras announced the opening of a selection process with 351 vacancies for hiring in its subsidiaries Eletronorte, CGT Eletrosul, Furnas and Chesf.
The process was initially launched in April, but was eventually canceled after Eletrobras terminated the contract with the recruitment and selection company due to a controversy related to the questionnaire used with the candidates.
This is the first selection process for the electricity company after its privatization, concluded in the middle of last year.
Eletrobras seeks to strengthen its team: Opening of the hiring process with more than 800 vacancies in total
In total, there will be more than 800 vacancies, and the rest will be filled in stages in the coming months, according to the company.
He also pointed out that the contracts will be for the operational, maintenance and exploitation areas.
The company has been insisting on its objective of incorporating new talent and renewing its workforce, in a context of an “oxygenation” movement that also includes a new voluntary redundancy program (PDV), which is scheduled to open this month.
