Inspenet continues the cycle of free webinars, with the theme “The influence of women in the Oil & Gas, maritime and port sector” today Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Mexico-Houston with the participation of Yeimi Baez, Vice President of Ecopetrol Gas and Tatiana Rabat, President of Wista Colombia, moderated by Francesco Solari, CEO of Inspenet, as part of the celebration of International Women’s Day.
Yeimi Baez is a petroleum engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration and certification in PMP Project Management from the Project Management Institute. He has more than 17 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, holding positions in leading companies in the sector such as Weatherford, BP, Equión and Ecopetrol. He currently leads the projects, initiatives and new opportunities related to natural gas, LPG, biogas and hydrogen in the Ecopetrol Group, both in Colombia and abroad. In addition, she is president of the Invercolsa Board of Directors; and in the past he participated in the Boards of Gases del Caribe and Ecopetrol Global Energy.
She was recognized as one of the 275 most influential women worldwide in the energy sector by the Energy Council, and named Oil & Gas Woman 2020 by the SPE Colombian Chapter.
For her part, Tatiana Rabat is a Business Administrator from the Autonomous University of the Caribbean, has a specialization in Engineering Project Management from the Universidad del Norte, and is PMP Certified. He has more than 10 years of experience working in national companies with international scope for the maritime and port sector in the areas of projects, customer service, administration and operations. Today, she is president of Wista Colombia, an international association of women related to the maritime sector, logistics and international trade.
They will give their particular point of view on the prospects of the gas industry in the next 5 years, the value of women in the management of maritime and port operations, actions in the maritime-port sector to reduce carbon emissions in maritime transport, management of productivity and profitability scenarios in the new global reality, hydrogen: challenges and opportunities in the industry, smart ports and industry 4.0, factors that currently affect maritime trade, the role of women and their evolution in the new challenges and times of the industry.
