The XVIII Oil Maritime Terminal and Monobuoy Operators Conference, which took place from October 5 to 7 in Cartagena, Colombia, at the Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel & Convention Center, successfully concluded.

This day brought together more than 400 participants from the industrial sector, in three days of meeting. It is an event of international importance, which promoted responsible operations through risk control.

The meeting was attended by experts and companies from 22 countries, 26 operators of Maritime Terminals (TTMM), 39 speakers gave 28 conferences, 3 workshops and 1 panel, where achievements, news, cutting-edge technological advances and development trends in the field were shared. maritime, port and oil tanker.

Finally, the board of directors of the Latin American Society of Oil Maritime Terminals and Monobuoy Operators (SLOM) reported that Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will host the XIX Conference in 2023.
