Regina Allen has been a key pillar in the offshore projects of Noble Corporation , one of the leading companies in the oil drilling industry. The platform, which operates in ultra-deep waters, will be used in a well whose estimated duration will be 65 days.

This agreement reaffirms Noble Corporation’s commitment to further expand its operations in emerging regions such as Suriname, and to strengthen its presence in the offshore drilling sector. Although the operator that contracted the rig has not yet been revealed, it is known that the contract was agreed after a successful completion of the rig with TotalEnergies, according to the Offshore Energy portal.

The Noble Regina Allen is known for its operational capabilities, with a drilling depth of up to 35,000 feet and a length of 231 feet. This rig, which was built in 2013, has the versatility to operate in areas where other rigs struggle, making it a key asset for Noble Corporation.
