TMK Neftegaz Service, a division of the pipe metallurgical company TMK, announced the introduction of an innovative line of oil well screens. This new addition, a direct winding sludge filter, has already been distributed to customers, highlighting a significant advance in its products.

TMK NGS has launched slotted screens with a diameter of 178 mm, specifically designed to facilitate operation in horizontal and extensive oil wells. The ease of installation and operation of these filters underscores the company’s adaptability to the specific needs of its customers.

These filters are in addition to the previous supply of 114 mm diameter filters, with an initial total of 3,500 units produced and delivered from its plant in Noyabrsk, part of the TMK conglomerate.

The Hoorant filters are capable of retaining sand, mechanical impurities and gases inside the well, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient extraction. TMK NGS also offers the ability to customize these filters with premium features through its TMK UP line. Using advanced machine vision technology, the company ensures meticulous monitoring and quality control. rigorous quality control control during production.

On the other hand, Danil Shakhov, TMK NGS sales and service development director, emphasized the importance of maintaining a competitive and proactive position in the market. Shakhov also noted that Noyabrsk and the Perm Territory are emerging as important manufacturing centers for advanced equipment for industry, an advantage that TMK NGS is determined to maximize.

Finally, the company has integrated this project into its Development Strategy until 2025, showing a commitment to the continuous expansion and improvement of its production capacities. The strategy allows TMK NGS to handle filter production on different scales, from small batches to series of up to 2,400 units per month at its facilities in Noyabrsk and Chernushka.
