The flying bike is also priced sky-high, costing 77.7 million yen ($682,000) and will produce 200 vehicles per year, with the support of investors Kyocera and Mitsui Sumimoto Insurance Venture Capital. The developers explain that this avant-garde vehicle can be used not only for recreational flights but also for rescue work.
Other companies like Jonny Aviation, HT Aero and Honda Motor also see the potential future and are developing flying cars.
