The Colombian Natural Gas Association (Naturgas) and its executive president, Luz Stella Murgas, invite the forum “Cesar’s bet; towards an energy power department in Colombia”.
Natural gas is a clean energy source that helps improve air quality, combat climate change and improve the quality of life of millions of Colombians. This forum will be a space to promote dialogue in the sectors of the natural gas industry and publicize energy development in the department of Cesar.
Together with experts, academics and authorities from the sector in the country, they will analyze the gas potential of the Colombian Caribbean and more. The event will take place on January 27, from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm in the Pablo Oliveros auditorium, Fundación Área Andina University, Valledupar.
Naturgas represents almost 80% of the national production of natural gas, 100% of its transportation and 98% of its distribution through networks. In addition, the industry contributes 1% of the national GDP and employs around 100 thousand people.
