La Paloma Cerámicas, a leader in innovation and sustainability, has presented an ecological brick that promises to be a key change in the construction sector . This material, in addition to reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 32%, also improves efficiency in architectural projects thanks to its innovative design.

Design and characteristics of ecological brick

The new brick combines sustainability and functionality. With optimized dimensions (236 x 100 x 119 mm), it reduces the use of mortar on facades by 49%, minimizes the weight of enclosures and reduces the number of pieces needed per square meter. These characteristics make it an ideal product for modern and ecological architectural projects.

Made from 100% recycled materials, this brick stands out for being produced in state-of-the-art plants, generating zero water waste and emitting no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This approach reinforces the company’s commitment to the circular economy, transforming exhausted quarries into natural or agricultural spaces.

The collection includes three models: ‘Doñana’, ‘Monfragüe’ and ‘Garajonay’, with colours inspired by nature. Each piece promises durability of over 150 years and is fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle. These features consolidate its position as a key product for those seeking to balance design and sustainability.

Innovation and environmental commitment

With 45 years of history, La Paloma Cerámicas reaffirms its leadership by integrating clean technology and renewable sources into its processes. In addition, its research and development projects underline the objective of building a more environmentally responsible future.

The company’s commitment to a sustainable construction model sets a precedent, positioning ecological brick as an essential solution for the future of architecture.
