The company Knightscope has confirmed the implementation and sale of its “Autonomous Security Robots” while continuing to expand its presence in the market with the incorporation of new clients to its portfolio. The new contracts cover states such as Illinois and Kentucky, while the new deployments are located in Arizona, California, Louisiana and Nevada.

The security company Knightscope has secured contracts valued at more than a million dollars, its business model based on ‘robots as a service’ (RaaS). This model elevates the company’s continuous growth, and stabilizes recurring revenue (ARR), strengthening its financial structure.
Each of Knightscope’s security systems has distinctive features , suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. These robots are equipped with advanced sensors that expand the capabilities of traditional security equipment, allowing patrols in various areas such as sidewalks and internal hallways .
It is also dedicated for extreme emergency situations, such as natural disasters or contingencies . These Knightscope systems have proven to be a feasible solution, due to their great communication capacity with 4G/LTE devices, guaranteeing an optimal level of service.
For example, in the Chicago area, a university has decided to upgrade five of its emergency communications systems using Knightscope technology, underscoring the importance of having reliable, modern systems that do not rely exclusively on cell phones.

Knightscope has reported a significant increase in its revenue, reporting $12.8 million by 2023 , more than doubling compared to the previous year. This increase reflects the expansion of its customer network and the effectiveness of its deployments in critical locations such as healthcare, mixed-use commercial applications and manufacturing environments, among others.
