For this complex,Ingeteam has supplied a total of 149 INGECON SUN 3Power C Seriessolar inverters with liquid-cooledintegrated into 80 UL-certified transformer stations. The equipment was delivered as an integrated and ready-to-install solution, allowing for a faster implementation on site.

In addition to supplying the technology, the company also carried out the commissioning work from its operations center in Milwaukee. Thanks to the use of advanced grid forming techniques, the system’s operational start-up was brought ahead of initial forecasts.

Renewable growth with solar plant in Texas

It is estimated that Parliament Solar will generate about 1,100 GWh annually, enough to supply about 140,000 homes in Texas.enough to supply the electricity consumption of some 140,000 homes in Texas. This production is equivalent to a considerable reduction in emissions and strengthens the transition to a more sustainable energy model in the southern part of the country.

To date, Ingeteam has delivered more than 6 GW of solar inverters and energy storage systems on US soil. The company considers the U.S. to be a strategic market, especially after the latest data from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which positions solar energy as the leading source of new installations during 2024.
