FBR Limited continues to make its mark on the US construction industry with its Hadrian X® robot . As part of its Demonstration Program in Florida, the construction robot completed the walls of two homes in a single shift , marking a new achievement in automation .
New record for the Hadrian X construction robot
This breakthrough represents the first time a structure of this size has been built in one day with just three operators . The homes, developed in collaboration with Christopher Alan Homes, demonstrate the robot ’s precision and efficiency in the competitive U.S. residential market. According to FBR CEO Mike Pivac, this achievement highlights the positive impact of the company’s technology on the construction industry.
The Demonstration Programme, supported by CRH Ventures, includes the construction of up to 10 homes , assessed by independent engineers to ensure compliance with local regulations. Since its launch, the Hadrian X has proven to be a sustainable and accurate solution, reducing construction time and costs compared to traditional methods.
With this success, FBR Limited strengthens its position as a leader in robotic construction , showing how technology can transform the real estate sector. Construction of the ninth home in the program is expected to begin in the coming days, continuing the goal of introducing the “ Wall as a Service® ” concept to the US market.
