Greenlane announces its suite of advanced charging technologies for commercial electric vehicle fleets. This project includes a mobile app and fleet management portal, part of the I-15 Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Corridor project, to optimize heavy- and medium-duty fleet operations.
Technology for commercial electric vehicle fleets
The Greenlane Driver app allows drivers to efficiently manage charging reservations, giving them real-time access to available charging stations. The Greenlane Fleet portal , meanwhile, gives managers the ability to manage routes, view charging station locations, and optimize the use of electric fleets .
Additionally, the Greenlane OnRamp API integrates seamlessly with existing fleet solutions, providing real-time data on route optimization and charging schedules, and contributing to sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy efficiency.
Greenlane’s charging system includes advanced chargers such as the 400 kW Alpitronic CCS and 180 kW eFill CCS chargers, which optimize charging speed and energy management for greater operational efficiency. These chargers will be accompanied by advanced technology such as ABB’s SCADA system for remote monitoring, ensuring greater operational reliability.
A flagship Greenlane charging station, currently under construction in Colton, California, will be one of the first facilities to feature more than 40 charging stations for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles , demonstrating the company’s commitment to a future of emission-free transportation.
