Jingsong Robot Co., a leading automation solutions company, has launched its newest automated counterbalanced forklift , the X-FMR. This innovative mobile robot is designed to optimize material handling in warehouses , improving efficiency by up to 70%, according to the company. Equipped with an advanced vision system and proprietary algorithms, the X-FMR can identify, lift, transport and stack loads completely autonomously.
Features of the X-FMR forklift
The X-FMR is already in operation at a plant in Fusong, China, where it transports double-loaded pallets from conveyors to storage areas. With a stacking height of up to 3 metres , the system enables precise handling in three layers, synchronising data with the customer’s system in real time, streamlining workflow.
This model features a synchronized motor that offers a maximum power of 40KW , reaching speeds of up to 3.7 m/s. In addition, its design allows safe handling on slopes of up to 20%, while its IPX4 water resistance makes it suitable for any climate. With a minimum speed of 10 mm/s, the truck offers improved braking precision for precise maneuvers.

Featuring a modular and adaptable design, the X-FMR can handle heavy loads and is ready for both indoor and outdoor industrial environments. The system’s battery offers 24/7 operation with multiple fast-charging options , ensuring continuous operation even in large-scale industrial plants .
Jingsong highlights that its advanced technology improves productivity and reduces the risk of workplace accidents. Companies that have already implemented X-FMR in their warehouses have reported an 85% reduction in manual work and more efficient inventory management. This translates into a safer and more automated operation, capable of managing more than 10,000 storage locations without the need for human intervention.
