Also, a trade group representing major automakers such as General Motors, Toyota Motor, Volkswagen, Ford, Stellantis, Honda Motor and Hyundai Motor, has expressed support for two vital aspects of this rule.
The Alliance for Automotive Innovation has endorsed the inclusion of electric vehicles in the calculation of emissions calculation of fleet-level emissions fleet-level emissions, and the exclusion of upstream emissions from compliance calculations.
