Sandoval, is a civil engineer, MSc environmental engineer, graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT as a Specialist in Production Operations and Experience in Deep Midstream. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on senior operations, marine operations, projects and HSE. He has extensive experience in offshore operations, including Deepwater and Midstream operations and business management.
In this special program, Sandoval will talk to us about the prevention mechanism approach in all phases of a project, preventive engineering in design and operation, the application of the risk-cost-performance equation, the management of asset management for effective decision-making and the protection of human life in the commitment to safety and the environment.
