The use of isotanks, which are specialized containers for liquids and gases, marks an evolution in the way in which Ecopetrol handles the export of petrochemicals. This new approach not only facilitates access to markets in Central and South America, but also expands business opportunities by reducing costs and improving the supply chain. With a weekly export volume of 1,500 tons, the company has already signed 12 commercial contracts under this model.
