Romano, is Senior Sales Manager Latam of the company Waygate Technologies, electrical, electronic and communications engineer, has a Master of Business Administration, with extensive experience in the inspection technology industry, is an expert in industrial ultrasound and remote visual inspection .

While Kernweiss works as Sales Manager in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Central America, at Waygate Technologies. He is an electronics engineer, with over a decade of experience with industrial inspection equipment.

In this program, the engineers will be talking about the Remote Visual Inspection, the evolution of the equipment; from the borescope to current technology, innovative equipment, benefits of implementing 3D measurement in RVI systems, visual inspections using MDI and POD software, aspects that affect the probability of detection in a remote visual inspection.

“The remote visual inspection is an observation that is not carried out directly, for example, when you have to inspect a turbine or an aircraft engine, it is not possible to open the engine to do it, just like us when we have a problem and we have to do an endoscopy. , the aircraft, the power generation engines, various equipment in the industry, also have to be verified, do an exam, a test and for that we use the probes, the equipment that we carry to carry out the Remote Visual Inspection”, so Roman explains.
