Case IH has announced that the new Case IH Quantum tractors are coming to market with significant improvements designed to optimise both performance and operator comfort. Available in vineyard, orchard and row crop versions, these 80-120 hp models are designed to meet the needs of specialist agriculture.
What are the improvements on Case IH tractors?
Among the main innovations, the optional cab suspension on the CL and F versions stands out, allowing for a smoother and more comfortable ride , reducing fatigue during long days. In addition, the Quantum models include a highly comfortable seat that improves padding and ergonomics, adapting to long hours of work in the field.
The transmission has also been optimized to ensure smoother shifting and efficient operation . Operators can now enjoy a smoother transmission, which improves machine responsiveness without sacrificing power.
Quantum tractors also feature a new steering sensor that automatically disengages the four-wheel drive when turning, reducing wear on mechanical components and minimising damage to the soil. This feature significantly contributes to improving productivity on farms, as it allows work to be done on difficult terrain without compromising performance.
Technology for better control
Another of the advances in this range is the improvement in the implement coupling controls , which are now managed more quickly thanks to the inclusion of new external controls. This speeds up tasks in the field, reducing the time spent in the process of coupling the equipment.
Visually, the new Quantum features a refreshed design that follows the aesthetics of Case IH’s larger tractors . The exterior styling has been refined with integrated LED lights, which not only improve visibility but also protect the lamps from damage from branches or other obstacles. In addition, CL versions now come with narrow rear mudguards, making it easier to manoeuvre in tight spaces between crop rows.
