An international team of astronomers has made a significant breakthrough in exoplanet exploration with the discovery of a new super-Jupiter . Located 1,430 light-years away, this exoplanet is nearly four times more massive than Jupiter and is only a few million years old.
The discovery was made as part of the Next Generation Transit Survey (NGTS), a project dedicated to the search for exoplanets.
