Vaca Muerta in Argentina could be the world’s fifth largest gas producer

Challenges and opportunities in Argentina”, organized by the Faculty of Engineering of the Austral University (UA).

Isagen announced new solar energy projects in Colombia

The energy company Isagen announced that the Llanos 4 and 5 solar parks will come into service in September, with 38 megawatts in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán (Meta, Colombia) and will begin construction of the Sabanalarga (Atlántico) solar park with a capacity of 100 megawatts.

Women represent 18% of all workers in the Argentine oil industry

According to a report by the Diversity and Inclusion Commission of the Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas (IAPG), the number of women employed in the oil industry in Argentina currently does not exceed 18% of the total number of positions that generates the sector.
