Maria José Yanes currently Responsible of Materials Engineering and Static Equipment at Repsol, where she has developed her professional career since 1998. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Her career has been closely linked to material selection, corrosion management, and the design and inspection of static equipment. In recent years, she has actively contributed to strategic projects focused on the production of renewable fuels, renewable hydrogen, and biomethane. She has been a member of AMPP for over 15 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of AMPP Spain.
