PEMEX increased salaries and benefits for oil workers

Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and the Sindicato de Trabajadores Petroleros de la República Mexicana (STPRM) concluded the 2022-2023 salary review, now the oil workers will have an increase in their salaries of 4% and 2.25% in their benefits.

PEMEX and the union agreed on the objective of benefiting the institution’s greatest asset, its workers. At the end of the negotiations, both parties expressed their willingness to collaborate in the construction of a fair agreement for the benefit of the oil community and to guarantee their labor welfare.
