The first of these is artificial intelligence and machine learning, since through algorithms, computers identify automated storage patterns and merchandise distribution processes, which reduces human omissions and increases the profitability and competitiveness of the company. While, thanks to Big Data or massive data, optimizing performance in the distribution of merchandise in real time, it can be adapted according to weather forecasts, traffic, demands and consumer tastes. Similarly, robotization makes it easier for workers to carry out heavy activities.

Finally, Blockchain technology creates a unique information registry in nodes that reinforces digital security in the logistics sector that includes the implementation of operations with cryptocurrencies while the On Demand platform has become more common since it represents a service or product offered by a technology company to immediately meet consumer demand.
