Chinese multinational CRRC Corporation Limited has surprised visitors at WindEnergy Hamburg with the presentation of its latest wind energy innovations. At booth 241 in hall B7, CRRC presented a series of advanced technologies, including wind turbines of up to 20 MW, integrated supply management and hybrid systems combining wind, solar and hydrogen energy.
CRRC, which has more than 260 wind farms in operation around the world , continues to strengthen its leadership in the sector with innovations such as the 20 MW floating wind turbine , the largest in the world. This system, with a rotor diameter of 260 meters, is capable of generating 40 kWh per rotation , positioning it as an ideal solution for harnessing wind resources in deep waters.
An integrated ecosystem of wind innovations
CRRC’s manufacturing expertise and focus on renewable energy has enabled the creation of an ecosystem spanning from generators to hybrid storage systems. CRRC is a market leader with over 22,000 turbine blades supplied globally and has contributed 200 GW of wind farms .
In its commitment to energy intelligence , CRRC has developed advanced systems for monitoring and managing wind farms in real time. These platforms allow remote operation without human intervention, optimizing the performance of the facilities. CRRC also seeks to integrate wind, solar and hydrogen energy storage solutions , in order to create a more flexible and sustainable energy network.
With its focus on innovation and emissions reduction , CRRC remains committed to carbon neutrality by 2050, working hand-in-hand with global partners to drive a green future.
