From Houston, Texas during the ASNT 2023 annual conference, Richard Blaser from Inspenet had the pleasure of interviewing Jason De Silveira, CEO of NEXXIS TECHNOLOGY, the cutting-edge company that will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary.
For Jason and his team, the conference represents a unique opportunity to connect with peers in the asset integrity industry.

Comparing last year’s ASNT experience in Nashville to the current one in Houston, Jason highlighted a big change for NEXXIS, the introduction of their own platforms and with a vision for the future, they are evolving to become an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Their goal is to create modular and customized robotic solutions that can integrate with other sensor technologies. “In fact, many of those at the conference already collaborate with us in some way,” he added.
Although the company has Australian roots, the future looks bright and promising in Houston. Tailoring custom robotic solutions will be its main focus in the coming year, considering that the demand for this type of technology is growing.
