However, the energy infrastructure has faced problems to operate consistently, due to differences with Mexican regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Previously, Arturo Vivar, CEO of Monterra, asserted that they are in a position to continue supporting Mexico’s energy security. \u201cWe have done more than could be expected to cooperatively resolve this matter.
