Mart\u00ednez is an expert in the development of evaluation methodologies for Mechanical Integrity and Operational Reliability of Industrial Assets, with two decades of professional experience. Creditor of ASME certifications, diploma in lean manufacturing, quality control and safety technology\/technician, certification from the National Metrology Center in natural gas flow measurement, with SMAW process welding certification, interpretation and management of API 580 codes and API 581. <\/p>\n\n
In addition, Mart\u00ednez is a member of the State System of Researchers and the Mexican Mathematical Society and Associate Researcher at PROY-FOMIX. Today, he performs functions as Asset Integrity Manager at Perenco M\u00e9xico, SA de CV, where his objective is to minimize risks to operate reliable assets and guarantee environmental safety.<\/p>\n\n
In this episode of Tech Talking, Mart\u00ednez and Solaris talk about the company Perenco M\u00e9xico, SA de CV, an independent oil and gas company, of French origin. In Mexico, they operate two oil fields where they optimize production operations by implementing Artificial Lift Systems as an improvement in their pumping methods.<\/p>\n\n
The organization has an Asset Integrity Management System focused mainly on: storage tanks, piping systems, oil wells and offshore platforms, where each system is controlled by various sub-processes, among which stand out: maintenance, preventive, predictive and corrective, evaluation of integrity and risk; while the macro processes that support the Asset Integrity Management System are: quality management, safety, supply chains, lessons learned and change management.<\/p>\n\n
