The president of the Chihuahua Mining Cluster, Pablo M\u00e9ndez Alv\u00eddrez, detailed the reasons that have driven job growth. <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00e9ndez indicated that one factor is the recovery and growth of mining activity in recent months. Also, it is due to the incorporation of workers who were previously in the contractor regime or worked directly with them. &#8220;Now they are hired by mining companies,&#8221; said the head of this body.<\/p>\n\n<p>It was also highlighted that the number of women in the industry has had a considerable increase compared to the end of last year and so far this year.
