In turn, the Joint Operating Agreement (AOC) was signed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under this agreement, Pemex will send workers to the Woodside offices in Houston, Texas, to perform technical functions. The Australian company agreed to receive them and cover travel expenses during the project and the term of the contract.
