{"id":343054,"date":"2026-03-14T06:01:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-14T10:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/?p=343054"},"modified":"2026-03-12T16:55:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T20:55:22","slug":"abl-strengthens-its-foothold-in-guyana-with-a-new-contract-for-the-hammerhead-development","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/abl-strengthens-its-foothold-in-guyana-with-a-new-contract-for-the-hammerhead-development\/","title":{"rendered":"ABL strengthens its foothold in Guyana with a new contract for the Hammerhead development"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Energy consultancy group ABL has been selected to provide marine warranty inspection services for the Hammerhead project, ExxonMobil\u2019s seventh offshore development in the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/news\/exxonmobil-pushes-hammerhead-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/https-inspenet-exxonmobil-impulsa-proyecto\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stabroek Block<\/a><\/strong>, off the coast of Guyana.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offshore operations in the Hammerhead project<\/h2>\n\n<p>The initiative includes the installation of 18 subsea wells for production and injection, as well as the deployment of a floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO) that will operate with tandem mooring for direct transfers to <strong><a href=\"\/en\/news\/delfin-lng-secures-execution-of-its-first-floating-vessel-with-strategic-agreements\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/delfin-lng-ejecucion-primer-buque-flotante\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">export vessels<\/a><\/strong>. This system will enable continuous operations in waters up to 1,725 m deep, about 200 km offshore. <\/p>\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the gas produced will be routed through the pipeline system to the plant located in Unity or to the country\u2019s onshore facilities.
