Gonzalez Convention Center, in San Antonio, Texas, USA, during the AMPP 2022 Annual Conference and Exposition, Inspenet TV was able to conduct this exclusive interview with chemical expert Jos\u00e9 Vera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vera, is a Ph.D. in chemistry and chemical engineer with more than 45 years of experience in the oil &amp; gas area and on this occasion he gave the conference &#8220;Interpretation of the H <sub>2<\/sub> S eliminator (inhibitor). Results of laboratory tests using a kinetic model&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his lecture, he explained that a kinetic model was developed, implemented to assist in the interpretation of the H <sub>2<\/sub> S scavenger (inhibitor) test with results obtained from the CSTR with the continuous gas flow procedure. Using this kinetic model, parameters related to the kinetics of the H <sub>2<\/sub> S scavenger reaction can be extracted and used to qualify chemicals for a specific application.
