This commitment has a five-year term and will formally take effect starting in 2026. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Strategic Alliance for LNG Supply<\/h2>\n\n<p>Under the established terms, the <strong>hydrocarbon<\/strong> will come from the advanced facilities that the U.S. firm operates in Louisiana. Likewise, this collaboration allows <em>Trafigura<\/em> to integrate North American supply into its extensive global distribution network. <\/p>\n\n<p>Mike Sabel, President of Venture Global, has noted that global demand for energy resources remains at historic highs. For this reason, the company&#8217;s strategy focuses on adding medium-term contracts that provide stability to the asset portfolio. <\/p>\n\n<p>From Trafigura&#8217;s gas and power division, Igor Marin mentions that this move strengthens the ability to connect production surpluses in the United States with the most essential consumption centers.<\/p>\n\n<p>For example, U.S. gas has established itself as a fundamental pillar for the stability of importing nations. Venture Global&#8217;s vertical structure, which integrates transportation and regasification, guarantees a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/venture-global-advances-construction-of-cp2-lng-terminal\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"267858\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">constant flow<\/a><\/strong> that is reliable for the coming years. <\/p>\n\n<p>Currently, infrastructure in the Gulf of Mexico continues to expand with projects such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/doe-authorizes-capacity-expansion-at-calcasieu-pass\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"285928\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Calcasieu Pass<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>Plaquemines LNG<\/strong>.
