With this presentation, the company marks a bold step towards the development of useful and versatile robotic systems for real-world environments. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humanoid North has millimetric precision<\/h2>\n\n<p>During the event in Las Vegas, North starred in a series of fully autonomous demonstrations. Source: Sharpa <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Long tasks, stable manipulation and sensory coordination<\/h2>\n\n<p>One of the most striking moments was the autonomous construction of a paper mill, a task that included more than 30 sequential steps without human intervention. <strong>North<\/strong> <strong>maintained smooth hand-eye-touch coordination throughout the activity<\/strong>, demonstrating prolonged execution without loss of accuracy.<\/p>\n\n<p>This ability to sustain complex tasks over the long term is rare in robotics today and represents an advance over isolated demonstrations. The key, according to Sharpa, lies in a combination of a proprietary neural network, advanced kinematics and its new <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/a-robotic-hand-with-human-like-dexterity\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/brazo-robotico-con-destreza-similar-humana\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">robotic hand<\/a><\/strong> SharpaWave. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A robotic hand with enhanced sensitivity<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sharpa.com\/pages\/wave\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.sharpa.com\/pages\/wave\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SharpaWave<\/a><\/strong> is an anthropomorphic hand <strong>with human proportions and a mechanical design<\/strong> that replicates 22 active degrees of freedom. Each finger incorporates more than a thousand tactile sensors with sub-millimeter resolution, allowing objects to be manipulated with extreme care, even removing a card from a deck of cards without messing it up. <\/p>\n\n<p>This level of control is designed to facilitate daily tasks of high precision in sectors such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/industrial-humanoid-robot-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/robot-humanoide-industrial-automatizacion\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manufacturing<\/a><\/strong>personal assistance and logistics. It also allows North to interact in unpredictable scenarios without compromising safety and efficiency. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An approach focused on freeing up human time<\/h2>\n\n<p>The philosophy behind North is not simply technological.
