The initiative involves the construction of a mixed solar generation and battery storage (BESS) facility in the town of H\u00f8egholm, with a total capacity of more than 150 MW. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financing of the solar and storage project in Denmark<\/h2>\n\n<p>The plant will combine 97.36 MW of photovoltaic generation with a battery system of between 55 and 60 MW of power and up to 120 MWh of storage capacity. This configuration will allow greater integration of renewable energies into the Danish grid and better management of intermittent production, contributing to system stability. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ringkj\u00f8bing Landbobank&#8217;s support is part of a strategy to support sustainable projects. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ciuden-promotes-a-platform-for-the-production-of-sustainable-fuels\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"211845\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sustainable projects<\/a><\/strong> with a tangible regional impact. The agreement will facilitate the progress of the works, which are already underway and are scheduled to start commercial operation during the first quarter of 2026. The estimated annual production of the solar farm is 97 GWh.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Jo\u00e3o Manso Neto, CEO of Greenvolt Group, mentioned that this hybrid plant improves the efficiency of its energy assets, and strengthens the confidence of strategic institutional partners. J\u00f8rn Nielsen, CEO of Ringkj\u00f8bing Landbobank, emphasized the alignment of this type of project with Denmark&#8217;s energy objectives. <\/p>\n\n<p>The subsidiary responsible for developing the project, Greenvolt Power, thus consolidates its position as one of the leading developers of energy storage systems in Europe. The company currently has a global portfolio of 4.7 GW of BESS projects and more than 14 GW of renewable projects under development in Europe, Asia and the United States. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>H\u00f8egholm plant <\/strong>is part of the group&#8217;s energy transition strategy, which also includes initiatives in sustainable biomass and distributed generation.
