This transaction enhances its cross-border green hydrogen production and supply network in Austria, southern Germany and northern Italy. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction and distribution of the MPREIS Hydrogen network<\/h2>\n\n<p>The acquired plant includes a <strong>high-efficiency alkaline<a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/nickel-catalyst-system-achieves-hydrocarbon-fuel-production\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"279704\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electrolysis system<\/a><\/strong>, a 350 bar hydrogen filling station, trailer filling facilities and an experienced technical team, which will continue to be managed by Tyczka. Through this integration, <strong>MPREIS <\/strong>will maintain the <strong>hydrogen supply<\/strong> for its logistics fleet and for its Therese M\u00f6lk bakery. <\/p>\n\n<p>Both companies, both family-owned and with strong local roots, have worked together for years in the <strong>development of hydrogen<\/strong> as an energy solution. This acquisition strengthens that relationship and marks the beginning of a new stage in which Tyczka will promote the expansion of the plant, maintaining operational continuity and betting on the sustainable growth of the energy infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tyczka Hydrogen, which is involved in other projects such as the <strong>Pfeffenhausen plant<\/strong> and the <strong>new hydrogen center in Schweinfurt<\/strong>, is thus accelerating its strategy of generating a robust and self-sufficient green hydrogen production network. It also has a very clear objective: to improve security of supply and consolidate emission-free mobility solutions on a regional and cross-border basis. <\/p>\n\n<p>The commitment to local facilities such as V\u00f6ls strengthens Tyczka&#8217;s vision of providing clean, stable and regionally accessible energy.
