The contract, valued at approximately SEK 280 million, has been officially registered during the third quarter of 2025. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mining equipment and after-sales services<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zimplats, the largest producer of platinum group metals in the country, continues to strengthen its subway mining strategy. This new order includes trucks, loaders and drilling equipment. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/innovation-in-mineral-extraction-and-processing-processes\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/la-innovacion-en-mineria-y-los-procesos\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">drilling equipment<\/a><\/strong><strong>The delivery will begin in the third quarter of 2025<\/strong> and run through the second quarter of 2026. The operation is part of the effort to expand mining capabilities at Ngezi, following the transition from open pit methods.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to the value of the order, the agreement incorporates a relevant component in after-sales services and accessories, which represents a strategic opportunity to consolidate Sandvik&#8217;s presence in the technical support and parts segment in the region.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mats Eriksson, president of Sandvik&#8217;s mining area, highlighted that this collaboration is a reflection of the commitment to support its customers in achieving standards of productivity, safety and sustainability in their operations.
